Order Processing ?

We appreciate your time for shopping at vrbeaute.com. The following are the terms and conditions that initiate our Shipping Policy. 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

 

VRBEAUTE.COM ships via UPS to US addresses only. UPS shipping is not available for orders being shipped to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses. VRBEAUTE.COM does not ship internationally at this time.

We do our best to process your order as soon as it is received, but due to high demand, Order processing time normally takes from 3-5 business days. Processing time doesn't mean shipping time. Processing will be operated from Monday through Friday 9am to 5 pm CT. ( Orders are not processed on weekends and major U.S holidays) Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

As soon as your order is processed you will receive your tracking number. Once shipped, delivery time within the UNITED STATES is 1-3 business days in transit, depending on the destination. Shipping time could be changed during major U.S holidays. All orders are shipped via UPS. Please note, vr beaute is not responsible for lost or held packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, incorrect shipping info, Or natural occurrences, shipping is a service you purchase from UPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by UPS.

 

How Can I Track My Order ?

You will receive an email when your order has been processed, this will include the tracking details of your order. Please allow at least 24 hours before the tracking information is updated on UPS.  http://www.ups.com

Please make sure to track your item using the tracking number we provide to you. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen please contact UPS Customer Service for further assistance and provide your tracking information.

Can I Return My Item ?

We do not accept any returns of cosmetics for hygienic reasons. All sales are final.

CAN I RESERVE  ITEMS BY ADDING THEM TO MY BASKET?

 All products on vrbeaute.com are in stock and available for order (unless otherwise noted). Items can not be reserved by holding them in your basket. Product availability is extremely limited and therefore may sell out before your purchase is complete. Order transactions are completed in the order they are received.

 

If I Had An Allergy Or Other Adverse Reaction ?

Please read the product label carefully before using it. We are not responsible if such a reaction should occur as a result of any consumer using our products if you develop a skin or other sensitivity to any product.
